Our main philosophies have always been that the funeral belongs to the family and that every person is unique. Every family member that walks through our door has a unique idea of how their loved one's funeral will look and feel. At Kenton Ross Funerals, every funeral we perform is personalised to every individual's needs to bring that vision to life.

One thing we also offer to all of our families is continuity of care. Where possible, the arranger you deal with in the first instance is the person you will see at the viewing, funeral and any other services before or after the funeral. We believe that having one person in charge of your funeral and all dealings surrounding it can ease the stress of this transitional period.

This gives our caring arrangers the opportunity to get to know your loved one through your stories of them. Thus, the service we create will be a true reflection of their character.

We constantly receive positive feedback from our client families regarding the care they receive from their individually assigned directors. We have been told that having the same person at the funeral that they dealt with throughout the entire arrangement process gave them peace of mind. It is our aim to reduce stress during this time of loss so that you can focus on what's important: Family.
