Funeral Director BrisbaneLooking for a cremation service anywhere in Brisbane? We can help. Our services are conducted across all areas of Brisbane and at any location. A cremation service can happen in a few different ways. If the deceased was or family members are a part of a church then the service can happen at a church.  Alternatively the service can happen at any number of chapels at the crematoriums around Brisbane. We can help you have a service at any chosen location even if it is not a church or chapel.

Once the cremation service is over the cremation takes place generally on the same day unless organised differently. After the cremation takes place the deceased’s Ashes will be available to the family. There are many options for dealing with the ashes from placements, scattering or keeping them as a permanent memorial at home in an urn. View our catalogue of urns.

Our fully trained and professional staff are always there to assist you in making your decisions.

Church Funeral BrisbanePopular ways for a cremation service to run

1.  A service in a church with the coffin present, at the conclusion of the service the hearse is driven away to the crematorium. If the family wish they may follow and attend a committal service at a crematorium chapel prior to the cremation. It is quite popular though to conclude the service at the church.

2.  A service in any number of crematorium chapels. These services are typically attended to by a funeral celebrant but a religious leader, family member or friend is also permitted to take the service if they wish.

3.  No service Cremation is also an option. We will attend to all the arrangements to have a cremation take place and the Ashes returned to the family but will not participate in any formal service. This option is often chosen when family wish to have a memorial service or scattering service later. It is also a cost effective option.
